I’m a medical professional but a long-time non-professional coder. I have created and deployed a number of apps in use both in my hospital and across the region.

Other than livecode, I use Xojo, some python, learning Flutter/Dart (slowly) and passing aquaintances with C++ and Swift.

Mac user since 1987 (HyperCard!) and Mac all the way, but have to live in a Windows world as that is mandated by the UK healthcare system…More recently, I revived some old MacBooks with Omarchy Linux, my new favourite non-Mac OS! Recommend highly for older machines or if wanting to leave Windows/MacOS.

I’d really love to see HXT run on Omarchy (Arch/Wayland), but have no experience coding on Linux. Maybe an opportunity to learn
